The paraformaldehyde technology is to concentrate formaldehyde in vacuum for two stages, increase the formaldehyde concentration to 85%, and then pump it into the spray dryer. Concentrated formaldehyde is sprayed out through a nozzle and condensed into a granular polyformaldehyde solid. This process can produce continuous, concentrated formaldehyde spray granulation time is short, and can form short linear formaldehyde molecular chain, so the product has good water solubility.
