Hydrogen peroxide preparation technology (fixed bed and fluidized bed)
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution is a light blue viscous liquid, and its aqueous solution is called hydrogen peroxide. It is a colorless transparent liquid with industrial specifications of 27.5%, 30%, 35%, 50%, and 70%.
The main carrier of alkylanthraquinone in China is 2-ethylanthraquinone (EAQ), which is dissolved in organic solvents (usually composed of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons and trioctyl phosphate (TOP) in a certain proportion) to form a working solution. Then, under the action of a catalyst (palladium catalyst), hydrogenation and oxidation reactions are carried out to generate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Then, H2O2 is extracted from the working solution with pure water to obtain hydrogen peroxide with a H2O2 content of 27.5%, By concentrating and reprocessing it into other specifications of hydrogen peroxide.
